They lead a team of Field Service employees to ensure that they meet targets and objectives. This role involves project leadership, people management, customer interaction, and technical skills to help grow our service operations.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nSupervise 10 to 15 employees within a region to ensure proper scheduling and utilization\nCollaborate with CAPEX project managers to maintain clear communication for smooth and efficient operations\nManagement of small projects, including Mobile Water Systems and Refurbishments\nReview and edit engineering drawings and P&IDs\nUnderstanding of instrument controls\nImplement changes to improve project efficiency and effectiveness\nEnsure stakeholders are updated on modifications to the project and contract timeline, as well as scheduling\nAnticipate potential issues, such as outages, technical difficulties, and additional customer needs, and make necessary adjustments accordingly\nSchedule field service personnel and coordinate with territory managers to allocate equipment and purchase materials. Estimating time, cost, and resource needs for each task\nAdminister policies in EHS, Human Resources, and Fleet\nAssist in the career development and growth of Field Service Representatives\nUtilize data analysis and reporting to monitor contract performance\nDevelop contract budgets and financial forecasts\nManage operational and maintenance risks and escalate critical issues when needed\nReport project progress, staff utilization, and contract spend versus budget to leadership\nAdministration of Preventative Maintenance programs across various project lines and customer accounts, recording corrective maintenance actions\nResponsible for tracking operational metrics, including system performance, employee utilization, overtime, and operational costs\nAssist in establishing robust connections with our clientele\nCollaborate with commercial leaders to develop and expand the business\nInvolved in the recruitment and professional development of Field Service Employees within the designated geographic area and contracts portfolio\n Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nKnowledge of Quality and Safety protocols\nKnowledge of the water treatment process in an industrial setting\nProven track record with Process Improvements\nProven track record with Project Management and Project Controls\nA thorough understanding of industrial maintenance activities, including permitting\nProficient in team building and management\nTechnically proficient in understanding and addressing issues that affect our Ultrapure Water System\nMust excel at managing multiple tasks and following up both internally and externally\nProblem-solving skills with a reliable and thorough approach to work\nProficient in Google Suite, Tableau, and Salesforce\nExcellent analytical Skills\nExperienced in change management\nKnowledge of OSHA Standards\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills\nExcellent communication Skills\nAbility to lead and motivate Field Service Representatives, encouraging collaboration and a positive work environment\nAbility to understand financial acumen\nAbility to read and redline engineering drawings and P&ID’s\nAbility to focus on achieving the contractually required quantity and quality of water\nEducation & Experience:\nRequired\nBS degree in a technical field - for example: Chemistry, or Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or five years’ experience and relevant leadership experience in industrial water, wastewater, or food & beverage water treatment solutions or related field\nMust be able to obtain a TWIC card\nPreferred:\nCertification in Project Management; Active training in Project Management coursework; Six Sigma\nRoot Cause Analysis training\nWastewater License\nCertifications or Advanced degrees in Mechanical or Electrical\nCertifications or experience in Leadership\nExperience in water plant operations or maintenance\nWorking Conditions:\nWill work in a range of environments including but not limited to industrial wastewater and beverage\nOn-call status for emergency response\nEstimated travel: 50%\n **This role is a remote position anywhere within North America**\nJoin a company that values Responsibility, Solidarity, Innovation, Customer Focus, and Respect.
