Ensuring that both customer and Veolia objectives are met.\nRespond to all customer inquires in a timely manner on the processing of customer orders,\nacknowledgements, Purchase Order amendments, and alteration notification.\nTo support commercial team in sales activities\nTo develop product application knowledge and system knowledge. To ensure that\npreventive troubleshooting is adequately performed in all accounts and that only technically\ncorrect recommendations are made to clients.\nTo acquire necessary communication and organizational skills. To maintain effective\ncommunication with the Area or Account Manager so that they are continually aware of all\npersonal, business and training requirements.\nTo maintain all chemical inventories up to date so that product outage does not occur at\ncustomer sites.\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in chemical engineering or applied chemistry. Any water treatment or water chemistry working experience will be an added advantage.\nAt least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the water treatment industries especially at petrochemical plant or oil & gas related industry\nHas experience in cooling, boiler, RO membrane and wastewater treatment monitoring and chemical application\nPossess an own transport (car) and a valid driver’s Licenses and acceptable motor vehicle record.\nTo be based in Bintulu\n We are an Equal Opportunity Employer!
