You will be accountable for long term field service activities and supporting account management. Key priorities will be:\nProvide Field Service support across existing businesses in Gladstone\n\nSupport for new business opportunities and commissioning activities at customer sites as needed.\n\nComply with all safety, health, environment, ethics guidelines always.\n\nResponsibilities \nMonitor and assess plant operational parameters and provide feedback to Customer and Veolia management.\n\nRecord and update all test parameters and chemical consumption into InSight® (our Remote Monitoring and Control Statistical Data Management Program).\n\nMonitor corrosion rates of mild steel, stainless steel and copper. Corrosion coupons for the various treated systems shall be analysed, replaced, and reported on every 30 and 90 days as required.\n\nSupply, installation and service of Veolia water quality and monitoring equipment, namely,\nCorrosion coupon bypass racks\n\nAquarius, RSG II or TrueSense® chemical feed control equipment\n\nManage online data collection (insight).\n\nMaintain current supply of reagents, sampling containers and coupons; monitor and record chemical usage rates, inventory and pump settings\n\nPreventative maintenance practices including documentation on dosing pumps and inventory of critical spare parts\n\nHelp conduct in-plant studies and evaluation of new products\n\nOn-going maintenance of all chemicals storage and dosing equipment including supply of spare parts and replacement of pumps, if required.\n\nMaintenance of all labels, dosing lines and ensuring good housekeeping always.\n\nRecord customer operating, system and equipment data and inform Account Manager of changes\n\nResponsible for operation and maintenance of company equipment, if contractually required\n\nProvide methods of all chemical testing and training as to the analysis and interpretation of these results.\n\nAssist with technical support if required and attend all Water Team meetings as requested with the account or Area manager.\n\nMonitor and advise on the regular sampling and analysis for HPC and Legionella. HPC and Legionella samples to be taken monthly by the Veolia field service representative.\n\nReview all water test results and chemical consumption figures monthly and summarise test results for Manager review.\n\nUpdating of Customer files on Veolia Libraries.\n\nConduct Compliance reviews, audit of Lab and field procedures and methods, submission of samples to Lab for compliance reviews.\n\nMaintenance of Site Safety Manual and Technical Procedures in Site Applications Manual\n\nCompletion of EHS & Technical Training program modules as required under your personal training program.\n\nIdentify value generation projects for the account and assist the Account manager to prove and finalise PnP (Proof Not Promises®).\n\nAddress customer needs in a timely manner to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.\n\nDevelop professional and healthy relationship with clients, management and internal staff.\n\n Qualifications & Background (Required):\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science or suitable Trades certification\n\nAbility to travel locally approximately 20-25% of the time\n\nWillingness to gain technical understanding of the water and wastewater treatment subjects\n\nWillingness to conduct hands on work and spend 50% of time in the field or lab\n\nStrong external focus, with ability to communicate with customers to ensure an excellent customer experience\n\nOperate independently\n\n We are an Equal Opportunity Employer!
