You'll work independently across diverse industries, providing expert installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building lasting customer relationships through technical excellence.\nThis position will primarily support a single customer site in the Wichita, KS area, with an on-site schedule Monday through Friday.\nWhat You'll Do\nTechnical Service and Installation: Install, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locations\n Water Testing and Analysis: Obtain samples and perform water testing to include pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA, etc and enter data into Veolia’s trending platform (Insight)\nCustomer Consultation: Act as technical consultant providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teams\nSystem Optimization & Troubleshooting: Perform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on-site interventions\nDocumentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure all safety protocols are followed\nTerritory Management: Support multiple customer sites within assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery \n What We're Looking For\nEducation & Experience:\nTechnical degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic Technology, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred, a high school diploma or GED is required.\n2-5 years of experience in instrumentation & electronics, plant operations/maintenance, or equivalent technical training\nFamiliarity with water treatment processes and industrial equipment preferred\nA full valid driver's license and willingness to travel (a learner's permit or G1/G2 class will not qualify)\nKey Characteristics:\nStrong troubleshooting abilities for electrical and mechanical systems\nExcellent communication and customer service skills\nSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities\nSafety-minded approach with ability to work in various industrial environments\nPhysical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform precision work\nComputer proficiency and mathematical skills for technical analysis\nWhat Success Looks Like\nConsistently deliver high-quality technical service that exceeds customer expectations\nSuccessfully complete installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting projects on time\nBuild strong customer relationships through technical expertise and professional service\nMaintain safety standards and compliance in all industrial environments\nContribute to territory growth through technical excellence and customer satisfaction\nDemonstrate continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies\n Why Veolia?
