Working across 6 mental health units in the Chichester area.\nResponsible for the execution of the preventive and corrective maintenance program as per client requirements in a safe, efficient and competent manner and in line with site protocols and procedures.\n\nTroubleshoot problems as directed by site management and supervisors\n\nComplete site documentation before and after work tasks, as appropriate\n\nLiaise with Contractors during planned service maintenance.\n\nParticipate in the appropriate training.\n\nCarry out Risk Assessment of Equipment Maintenance Task List steps and ensure these are always kept valid.\n\nWhat we're looking for:\nQualified in Carpentry, Plumbing, Decoration, or another suitable trade\n\nA good understanding of types of works involved in the facilities management industry\n\nExcellent understanding of preventive maintenance\n\nWorking in a team liaising with a scheduler, to react to short term needs and supporting longer term improvements on site\n\nFull clean driving licence required\n\nLive within 30 mins of Chichester for callouts\n\nWhat’s next?\nApply today, so we can make a difference for generations to come.\nWe're proud to have been named as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for three consecutive years in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
