Specialising in water, energy, and waste management, Veolia designs and implements innovative solutions for decarbonisation, depollution, and resource regeneration, supporting communities and industries in their ecological transformation.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills working across multiple markets and make a meaningful contribution to smarter, more sustainable solutions.\nWhat will I be doing?\nSupporting Sales, Marketing and Tendering departments with regards to pre-qualification, proposals and post tender submissions such as technical presentations.\n\nEnsuring that available standard technical information, documentation details and drawings are used to design; consider feedback of previous contractors (e.g. information available from commissioning).\n\nPreparation and validation (internal or via VWT) of controlled process design documentation (e.g. Process Flow Diagrams, P&ID diagrams, process control philosophy) in compliance with relevant design standards, statutory obligations and regulations.\n\nSupporting commissioning and service teams with regards to optimising plants and resolving process issues.\n\nSupervising Design Engineers, Group Leaders and CAD Designers during proposal design period and ensuring that programmed and design requirements are achieved.\n\nEnsuring that the products and system design will not give rise to harm when operated within the recommended parameters. Key areas of responsibility include:\n\nEnsuring that any products or systems are safe in use.\n\nEnsuring that the products or systems designed meet current Health and Safety legislation in all markets in which the product or system is to be sold\n\nThat adequate information is provided describing the correct safe operation of the product or system, highlighting any risks associated with its operation or maintenance.\n\nWhere appropriate to provide documented design risk assessments to demonstrate that any risks arising in the implementation of a system have been identified and addressed.\n\nWhat you will bring to the role:\nNatural ability to connect with people via phone / video conferencing / face to face.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills.\nGood research skills and the ability to translate information into resonating statements.\nAbility to deliver accurate high quality work to tight deadlines.\nAbility to manage multiple enquiries and proposals.\nContractually aware and good business acumen.\nSelf-motivated & professional.\nAbility to be persistent and answer objections.\n Essential:\nDegree in Chemical/Waste Water Engineering, with 2+ years of practical knowledge gained through similar experience .\nExperience in Water/ Wastewater Treatment, \n. \nDesirable:\nPC / IT literate - preferably Google Suite.\nStrong commissioning capabilities and prior hands-on experience.\n\nExperience with cloud based process control and monitoring platforms will be considered as an advantage.\n\n We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being, work-life balance, and long-term security.
