This position plays an important role in facilitating product operations and serves as a vital connection between users, product teams, and internal stakeholders.\nThe primary focus of this role is to build and maintain digital training materials and standard training documentation, support product deployments, test mobile applications and microsites, contribute to release and development testing, provide first-line support, and assist with system and data configuration.\nManage daily workload in conjunction with Product Lead\nDevelop product knowledge through training and hands-on experience\nStay updated on industry standards and best practices\nCreate and maintain documentation for product functionality and processes\nCollaborate with team members on projects as directed by Product Lead\nWork closely with the Product Lead and Digital Transformation Managers to build digital training content for end users\nWork closely with the Quality & Release Manager to test future releases and new functionality and maintain the regression tests within Mabl product\nWork closely with the team’s Business Analyst to deliver analytical insight on system usage and data quality.\nLiaise with product vendor regarding bugs and feature requests under guidance\nCollaborate with internal teams to resolve issues\nProvide basic product advice and recommendations\nRefer complex or out-of-scope requests to Product Lead\nProvide product support and guidance to internal users\nParticipate in cross-functional projects as required\nRespond to and resolve customer queries and supports tickets\nEscalate second-level help desk tickets as needed\nProvides product demonstrations and user training under guidance\nGather and document customer feedback for product improvements\nLiaises with customers via various communication channels\nDevelop an understanding of product's role in environmental and energy efficiency\nWhat are we looking for?\nProven experience in systems support\nAccuracy & attention to detail\nProfessional written and verbal communication\nExceptional problem-solving skills.\nInitiative and ownership\nAdaptability (able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities)\nPositive, proactive, and forward-thinking attitude\nWhat’s next?\nApply today, so we can make a difference for generations to come.\nWe're proud to have been named as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for three consecutive years in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
