Together, we pursue a shared mission to create a more sustainable future.\n Job Summary\nThe Production Manager coordinates and directs manufacturing activities during assigned shifts to meet safety, quality, and on-time delivery goals. This role supports operational performance by planning daily production workflows, helping optimize unit profitability, managing variable costs, and ensuring compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and ISO standards. The Production Manager also leads front-line personnel, drives continuous improvement efforts such as Lean and 5S, manages inventory and equipment maintenance, and supports team development and succession planning.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nPromotes working environment to achieve excellence in productivity, Quality, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)\nDelivers regular reporting of production activities including, but not limited to standard SAP/ERP data, production KPI’s including cost monitoring and controls and other locally generated reports\nLeads by example & develops close working relationships with the plant staff, vendors, customers & leaders.\nResponsible for the day-to-day production operations including all aspects from the reception of raw materials through the delivery of finished product with the plant logistics team.\nManages the logistics of preparing mobile water treatment equipment for dispatch to customer sites, ensuring quality & customer satisfaction.\nOptimizes operations by creating, implementing & managing continuous improvement projects in the areas of: chemical & utility usage, wastewater treatment, regeneration efficiency, water treatment equipment turnover, procurement, maintenance, & inventory management. \nParticipates in the selection, interviewing & hiring of new regeneration, manufacturing, maintenance & delivery specialist employees.\nManages team competency matrix and partners with HR and EHS functions when needed\nOther duties as assigned.\nKey Characteristics:\nAbility to read and interpret instruction and safety manuals\nDemonstrated leadership and teamwork skills\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nStrong interpersonal skills and awareness\nStrong quality decision making skills\n Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nKnowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Regulations\nDemonstrated knowledge of water treatment processes and systems\nKnowledge of DOT regulations and compliance\nGood working knowledge of MicroSoft Office, Google Office Suites & ERP systems\nKnowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) plus 5S & Lean Manufacturing process\nEducation & Experience:\nRequired\nAssociate’s degree in a Science or Process Tech\nMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in an operations or management position\nPreferred\nBS in Biology, Chemistry, Business, or Engineering\nAt least 2 additional years of operations or management experience\nWorking Conditions:\nWork will take place in a range of environments including but not limited to industrial facilities, manufacturing facilities, and power industry facilities\nTravel - 10%\n Join a company that values Responsibility, Solidarity, Innovation, Customer Focus, and Respect.
