In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects by managing procurement, logistics, and administrative tasks.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnter purchase orders into our ERP system (LATIS, Oracle JD Edwards).\nTrack and expedite purchased equipment to ensure timely delivery.\nProvide logistics support, including shipping and customs clearance.\nMaintain and update the Health and Safety database.\nAssist with general administration and accounting tasks.\nHandle reception duties, including answering calls and managing mail.\nOrganize travel arrangements (flight bookings, visa applications, etc.).\n Your Profile:\nCompleted apprenticeship in a technical or commercial field (required).\nHigher education is a plus but not mandatory.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nWillingness to learn and understand technical and commercial processes.\nFluent in German and proficient in English (spoken and written).
