Together, we pursue a shared mission to create a more sustainable future.\n Position Summary\nRegeneration Operator 1 oversees the entire process of regenerating mobile equipment, which includes unloading and reloading resins onto different types of equipment. Throughout this procedure, the operator performs quality control checks to ensure optimal performance. Regeneration Operator 1 is responsible for completing all required checklists and documentation to verify that the equipment functions correctly. This role demands careful attention to monitoring equipment performance, calibrations, maintaining accurate records, and promptly reporting any operational issues to the maintenance team, lead, or supervisor.\nEssential Functions & Responsibilities:\nResponsible for maintaining and promoting a safe work environment and culture, and submitting Great Catch Reports as part of the EHS Initiative\nOperate and monitor regeneration equipment, handling resin unloading and loading processes, and maintaining proper equipment parameters during startups and shutdowns\nQuality control is a key focus, requiring regular checks of equipment specifications, resin quality, and process effectiveness, specifically testing pH, conductivity/resistivity, silica, and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) using hand meters and other analytical instruments\nDiligent documentation of all operational activities and recording specifications and testing on Quality Control documents for ISO 9001 compliance, and reporting equipment issues by notifying the Lead or Maintenance team of issues\nStrong communication with supervisors and team members, updating shift production logs, and participating in meetings\nContribution to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements\nAttend assigned safety and other training to stay current with industry standards\nOffload hazardous chemicals or waste in accordance with established EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) protocols\nOther duties as assigned\nThe job description is not designed to capture all the employee’s responsibilities but is intended to capture essential functions of the role.
