Lead customer and team meetings, identifying opportunities to work collaboratively, delivering excellent service and identifying opportunities for future improvements.\nTake responsibility for commercial performance, including P&L management, forecasts, budgets and mitigation plans.\nDrive contract health reviews and continuous-improvement activity to improve operational performance and consistency. Work with both the client’s and Veolia safety management systems\nSupport, develop and mentor teams through training, succession planning and performance management.\nWhat we're looking for:\nProven experience within the TWM sector at Contract Manager level or above.\nStrong commercial and contract-management experience, including P&L, budgeting and forecasting responsibility.\nWaste knowledge from Hazardous, Non hazardous, Scrap and recyclates. HNC or equivalent environmental qualification.\nIOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH or a comparable health-and-safety qualification.\nExperience of operating a vehicle fleet including tankers, CPC qualification, project management skills\nExcellent customer, stakeholder and people-management skills.
