This is a technically hands-on role where you will be responsible for ensuring process designs meet project specifications, applicable codes, and standards, while optimising solutions for overall cost and performance.\n Position Description\nThe Senior Process Engineer ensures safe and economic design for the company’s range of process packages\nPurpose of Role (Objectives)\nEnsures the process design of our packages meets the internal and international codes & standards\nKey Responsibilities & Accountabilities\n-Ultimate responsibility for ensuring simulations and calculations are in compliance with project specifications, standards and design codes\n-Optimise designs to minimise overall cost of company’s products\n-Thorough checking of process documentation to ensure it is technically accurate\n-Represents the company at HAZOP / SIL and other design meetings\n-Address technical enquiries and comments from clients and 3rd parties\nSkills and Duties\n-Identify key process design factors through detailed review of project specifications\n-Perform and review concept designs Review technical aspects of bid submissions\n-Perform and review calculations required in the design of both packages and individual components\n-Technical review of complex bought out item quotations\n-Extensive knowledge of process simulation software and international design standards\n-Provide technical guidance to junior members of the company\n-Have a fundamental technical understanding of all the company’s products\n Engineering Degree -
