They work hard to serve their local communities and make a positive impact every day.\nWhether you’re looking to overhaul the industry, or just do a good day’s work, we know that everyone here at Veolia can help us work alongside our communities, look after the environment, and contribute to our inclusive culture.\nWhat you'll be doing;\nThe Senior Technician must have an excellent understanding of the SCADA system and independently fault find and rectify issues via this and the plant’s equipment.\n\nCommunicate clear instructions and information to MBT operatives to support operations and high emphasis will be placed on the plant availability and the performance of the biological process\n\nConduct scheduled physical inspections in accordance with company Quality, Health, Safety\n\nand Environmental (QHSE) procedures\n\nCarry out operational Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) checks and report findings with the shift supervisor and maintenance the maintenance team.\n\nRecord all defects and findings accordingly and assist with KPI data entry\n\nProvide line management with specialist knowledge and hands on expertise rectifying and\n\npreventing problems such as equipment failure, material blockages and biological process inefficiencies\n\nPrepare both facilities for daily operation and carry out necessary prestart equipment checks in conjunction with the shift supervisor.\n\nWhat we're looking for;\nEssential:\nexcellent understanding of the SCADA system\n\nCommunication skills\n\nTechnical maintenance skills\n\nProblem-solving and troubleshooting\n\nHealth, Safety, and Environmental awareness\n\nAttention to detail\n\nLeadership and initiative\n\nWhat’s next?\nApply today, so we can make a difference for generations to come.\nWe're proud to have been named as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for three consecutive years in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
