We know that everyone here at Veolia can help us work alongside our communities, look after the environment, and contribute to our inclusive culture.\nWhat we can offer you;\n25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays\nAccess to our company/people’s pension scheme\nDiscounts on everything from groceries to well known retailers\nAccess to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to\n24 hour access to a virtual GP, 365 days a year, for you and family members in your household\nOne paid days leave every year to volunteer and support your community \nOngoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential\nWhat you’ll be doing;\nCoordinate the day-to-day administration and business activities of the site.\nMaintain accurate records, databases, reports, trackers and filing systems.\nArrange transport, deliveries and collections, liaising with customers, suppliers, drivers and hauliers.\nOperate the weighbridge and maintain accurate vehicle movement and transport records.\nSupport purchase orders, invoicing, cost tracking and contractor coordination.\nManage routine customer enquiries, orders, product availability and delivery requirements.\nMaintain customer records and escalate significant commercial or operational issues.\nSupport FEMAS and HACCP compliance, including document control, audit schedules, training records and corrective action trackers.\nAssist with traceability, recall exercises, internal audits and audit preparation.\nMaintain health and safety records and support the Operations Supervisor with related administration.\nWhat we're looking for;\nExperience in administration, logistics, customer service or operational coordination.\nExperience managing multiple priorities and maintaining accurate records.\nExperience liaising with customers, suppliers, hauliers or other external stakeholders.\nExperience with transport coordination, weighbridge operations or vehicle documentation would be desirable.\nExperience raising purchase orders, processing invoices or maintaining cost trackers.\nExperience supporting compliance, audits, document control or quality management systems.\nExperience in manufacturing, waste, food/feed or another regulated environment.\nCompetent Microsoft Office user.\nKnowledge of HACCP, FEMAS or internal auditing would be advantageous.\nHACCP Level 2 or equivalent food/feed safety training would be desirable.\n.\nWhat’s next?\nApply today, so we can make a difference for generations to come.\nWe're proud to have been named as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for three consecutive years in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
