They ensure the shift team follows procedures to operate the plant safely and produce the product to meet the customer's needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise and coordinate the activities of solvent distillation operators during the shift.\n\nCoordinate with other shift leaders and management to ensure smooth transitions between shifts and consistent plant operations.\n\nParticipate in the development and implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives.\n\nTrain and mentor new operators and technicians.\n\nEnsure proper use and maintenance of personal protective perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.\n\n24/7 operation may require flexible scheduling and on-call availability.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nHolding valid certificates of \"Organic solvent operation management,\" \"Forklift driving,\" and \"Pressured Vessel Operations.\"\n\nStrong knowledge of chemical automation processes.\n\nSkills & Personal Attributes\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\n\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.\n\nCommitment to safety and environmental
