documentation-such as product and plant manuals-for water treatment technologies and solutions ensuring all content meets organizational and industry standards.\nResponsible for Content Creation & Management, Collaboration & Review, Continuous Improvement with a strong background in technical writing, a deep understanding of water treatment technologies, and up-to-date knowledge of common publishing tools.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nEnsure the production of high-quality documentation that meets organizational standards.\n\nDevelop and Manage documentation project plans, timelines and resources to meet the organizational objectives.\n\nContinuous evaluation and improving documentation process and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.\n\nPlanning, editing, writing, and developing or migrating complete set of technical documents for the customer.\n\nProviding enough information and content in written (or other) form regarding the product or solution so it can be understood and used by the recipient.\n\nCollaborating with technical colleagues across the organization to collect all relevant information to be used in technical documentation and partners with them to clarify ambiguous topics.\n\nCoordinating the approval process for the technical documentation.\n\nOrganizes reviews and ensures documentation meets customer requirements.\n\nKeeping an updated knowledge of the main characteristics of the relevant products and a good awareness of the most common publishing tools in the market.\n\nContributing to custom project activities and developing or improving documentation tools, templates, processes, and execution of tasks using approved processes and tools.\n\nKey Skills required:\nStrong working knowledge of Madcap Flare software in creation of templates and standards.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nExcellent Knowledge of Source control management tools, Content Management System (CMS) and Configuration management.\n\nExcellent Knowledge of desktop and electronic publishing.\n\nExcellent Knowledge of HTML and XML languages.\n\nStrong project coordination skills.\n\nFriendly, service-oriented nature.\n\nAbility to work in a global, decentralized environment.\n\nStrong background in technical writing and deep understanding of water treatment technologies and industry standards.\n\nAbility to produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.\n\nHaving expertise in relevant technical domains or areas to manage compilation of product documentation (manuals, etc.) and to describe handling, functionality, and architecture etc. of a technical product/solution.\n\nExperience required: 8 to 10 years\n
