Our portfolio also includes chemicals & monitoring solutions, start-up & operation, membrane & ion exchange products, and custom engineered equipment.\n As a Treasury Support, your main tasks will be to\nAdminister treasury settlement process including loans, FX deals, Sweeping/cash pool with the bank, Cash Centralisation with Corporate HQ and auto/manual payments in the banking platforms.\nPrepare short term cash reporting and projections, ensuring adequate liquidity is available to meet financial obligations.\nAssist with cash forecasts, including data collection from various sources and variance analysis Assist with KYC, Internal Audit and Finance inquiries as they relate to cash, payments and banking\nMaintain corporate banking structure activities such as opening accounts, closing accounts and modifying bank signatories\nPerform user security administrator activities across bank portals and other treasury related systems\nAssist with issuance of bank guarantees, letter of credits and other trade finance requirements Responsible for electronic filing of bank statements, correspondences and other treasury documents.\nParticipate in process improvement initiatives undertaken by the Treasury Team.\nParticipate in other projects as required and directed by Management.\nMonitor Generic treasury mailbox and ensure all email queries are managed and responded in a timely manner and escalated to Manager where required\nAbility to adhere to strict datelines\n\nFamiliar with Google platform, i.e. Gsheet, Gdocs is a plus point\n\nAt least 5 years’ experience in Treasury support function Strong teamwork, analytical, problem solving and communication skills\n\n We are an Equal Opportunity Employer!
