Do?\nProduction Quality Management\nMonitor and control manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with product specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards.\n\nAnalyze key quality metrics such as Scrap, Defect Rate, First Pass Yield (FPY), MSA, and Process Capability to drive performance improvements.\n\nIdentify recurring quality issues, perform trend analysis, and implement data-driven corrective actions.\n\nDevelop and maintain PFMEAs, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and other quality documentation.\n\nSupport production teams in resolving in-process quality concerns and ensuring sustainable solutions.\n\nCoordinate Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and support new product launches with a focus on quality readiness.\n\nConduct operator training and promote quality awareness across manufacturing operations.\n\nManage Quality Alerts and ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR).\n\nProblem Solving & Process Improvement\nLead structured problem-solving activities using 8D, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).\n\nDrive implementation and verification of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).\n\nMonitor the effectiveness of countermeasures through audits and follow-up activities.\n\nLead Kaizen initiatives focused on defect reduction, waste elimination, and process capability enhancement.\n\nQuality Assurance & Compliance\nManage Incoming Quality Control (IQC) activities and support supplier quality improvement initiatives.\n\nConduct Process Audits, Layered Process Audits (LPA), FMEA Line Walks, and risk assessments.\n\nSupport internal, customer, and certification audits.\n\nEnsure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA standards, and customer-specific quality requirements.\n\nDrive the deployment of lessons learned across teams and manufacturing processes.\n\nWhat Will You Bring?\n5-8 years of experience in Automotive Electronics Manufacturing Quality.\n\nHands-on experience in SMT, PCB Assembly, ECU manufacturing, and automotive quality systems.\n\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA.\n\nExperience with 8D problem solving, CAPA management, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies.\n\nKnowledge of APQP, PPAP, Supplier Quality Management, and Process Audits.\n\nFamiliarity with IATF 16949:2016, VDA 6.3, and automotive quality standards.\n\nAbility to interpret quality data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nBehavioral Competencies\nStrong analytical and critical thinking
