modular, and maintainable applications using MVVM architecture and industry best practices.\n\nImplement and support unit testing, integration testing, and GUI automation to ensure software quality.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and technical challenges.\n\nContribute to reusable frameworks, components, and internal tooling standards.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and promote clean code and software design practices.\n\nSupport CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and software release activities.\n\nProvide effort estimates, track progress, and proactively communicate risks and dependencies.\n\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements, tool standardization, and component reuse.\n\nShare technical knowledge and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.\n\nWhat you'll bring?\n3-5 years of experience in software development, preferably in engineering tools, automation, or technical environments.\n\nStrong proficiency in C#, .NET, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).\n\nHands-on experience developing desktop applications using WPF.\n\nGood understanding of MVVM architecture, data binding, commands, and UI design patterns.\n\nExperience with software design principles, clean coding practices, and maintainable application development.\n\nFamiliarity with unit testing frameworks, integration testing, and automation concepts.\n\nExperience using Git, GitLab, CodeBeamer, or similar source control and issue management tools.\n\nBasic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and deployment processes.\n\nStrong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nA proactive, self-motivated mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.\n\nStrong ownership, accountability, and focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time.\n\nPreferred Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical
