This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, developing sourcing strategies, negotiating supplier agreements, and driving operational efficiencies while ensuring compliance with company policies.\nThe ideal candidate is a proactive procurement professional with extensive experience building relationships across internal stakeholders and external suppliers. This role requires someone who is comfortable owning the procurement function, improving processes, and providing leadership to procurement initiatives and team members.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the organization's procurement function, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant purchasing practices.\nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for software, SaaS, technology, professional services, and indirect spend categories.\nPartner with Legal, Finance, IT, Security, and business stakeholders to negotiate favorable commercial terms while mitigating risk.\nManage the complete procurement lifecycle from vendor selection through contract execution and renewal.\nEvaluate supplier performance and develop strategic vendor relationships.\nIdentify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and procurement automation.\nDevelop procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational effectiveness.\nAnalyze spend data and provide reporting, metrics, and recommendations to leadership.\nEnsure procurement activities comply with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.\nLead cross-functional procurement initiatives and provide guidance to team members and stakeholders.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management activities.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.\n7+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or purchasing experience.\nAt least 3 years of experience leading, managing, or owning a procurement function, including direct people leadership or serving as the primary procurement leader for an organization.\nDemonstrated experience negotiating complex supplier agreements and managing vendor relationships.\nExperience supporting technology organizations, preferably within SaaS, cybersecurity, or software companies.\nStrong understanding of procurement best practices, contract management, supplier performance management, and spend management.\nHands-on experience with Concur for procurement, purchasing workflows, and expense management.\nStrong working knowledge of NetSuite, including purchasing, vendor management, and procurement-related financial processes.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.\nExcellent negotiation, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.\nAbility to influence cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and successfully manage competing priorities.\nCompensation Transparency\nThe total compensation package includes an anticipated base salary range of $120,000-$150,000, along with comprehensive benefits. The base salary offered to the selected candidate, including the candidate’s position within the salary range, will be determined based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and other business considerations.
