This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of a portfolio of enterprise applications that support critical business operations. The QA Engineer will lead testing efforts for assigned applications, develop and maintain automated regression suites, and serve as the primary QA partner for business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.\nThis position offers the opportunity to work across a diverse application landscape, including Salesforce and connected business platforms such as Kantata, LEAH, Gainsight, Outreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and related integrations. The ideal candidate is passionate about test automation, quality engineering, and driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn end-to-end test planning, test design, execution, and release validation for assigned applications.\nAnalyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify risks, gaps, and test scenarios.\nPerform functional, integration, regression, and system testing across multiple applications and releases.\nValidate complex integrations between Salesforce and connected systems such as Boomi, Zuora, Kantata, and other business platforms.\nDesign, develop, and maintain automated UI and API test scripts within the team's automation framework.\nExpand automated regression coverage to improve release confidence and reduce manual testing effort.\nExecute automated tests within CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot test failures.\nContinuously improve automation standards, frameworks, and testing processes.\nIdentify, document, prioritize, and track defects using Jira.\nCollaborate with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and validate issue resolution.\nEnsure defects are resolved before release and help drive overall product quality.\nServe as the day-to-day QA contact for US-based business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.\nProvide testing status updates, quality metrics, automation coverage reports, and release readiness recommendations.\nMentor and guide Associate QA Engineers by reviewing test cases, automation scripts, and testing approaches.\nPromote quality engineering best practices and advocate for early QA involvement throughout the development lifecycle.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, preferably supporting enterprise SaaS applications.\n2+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining automated test solutions used in production environments.\nExperience with one or more automation frameworks or tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Provar, or Copado Robotic Testing.\nProficiency in at least one programming language used for automation, such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.\nExperience with API testing and automation using tools such as Postman, Newman, REST Assured, or similar.\nStrong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and quality assurance best practices.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.\nExperience testing CRM platforms such as Salesforce or other enterprise business systems.\nExperience using Jira and test management tools such as Xray or Zephyr.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams and maintain overlap with US business hours.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Salesforce-specific testing and automation tools, including Selenium Playwright.\nExperience executing automated testing within CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Copado.\nExperience testing integrations, middleware, or data flows using platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoft.\nExposure to business applications such as Kantata, Gainsight, Outreach, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), LEAH, or Zuora.\nISTQB Foundation Level, Test Automation Engineer, or similar QA certification.\nExperience working in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.\nKnowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps delivery practices.\nBenefits\nVeradigm believes in empowering our associates with the tools and flexibility to bring the best version of themselves to work.
