Working hours Monday thru Friday 7:30pm - 4:30am\nPOSITION-SPECIFIC OVERVIEW\nThis position is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving the training curriculum that prepares new and tenured associates to perform front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end revenue cycle functions accurately and compliantly. This role partners with Operations, Quality, Workforce Management, and Client Services to close skill gaps, accelerate new-hire time-to-proficiency, and sustain the production quality, productivity, and compliance standards that RCM clients require. The Training Manager owns the training lifecycle end to end: needs assessment, curriculum design, delivery, certification, and post-training performance tracking, and serves as the primary escalation point for all learning and capability-building activities within the account or business unit.\nCORE RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead, coach, and develop a team of training consultants, instructional professionals, and learning specialists to ensure high-quality delivery of training services and learning solutions.\nEstablish team priorities, allocate resources, and manage workload to support organizational objectives, client commitments, implementation activities, and operational requirements.\nOversee the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of training programs, curricula, learning materials, and performance support resources.\nPartner with business leaders, clients, product teams, implementation teams, and other stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop training strategies that support business goals and successful solution adoption.\nEnsure training programs effectively support onboarding, workforce readiness, product utilization, workflow adoption, and business process execution.\nMonitor training effectiveness through performance metrics, learner feedback, assessments, and business outcomes, implementing improvements to enhance learning impact.\nEstablish and maintain standards, methodologies, and best practices for instructional design, training delivery, content development, and learning measurement.\nManage the development and maintenance of training content to ensure accuracy, consistency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with product and service enhancements.\nSupport organizational change and client implementation initiatives through learning strategies, knowledge transfer plans, and readiness programs.\nCollaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure learning programs align with customer needs, operational priorities, and strategic objectives.\nManage departmental budgets, vendor relationships, learning technologies, and other resources as assigned.\nFoster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, professional development, and operational excellence within the team.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n8 years’ experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs, learning solutions, or workforce development initiatives.\nExperience leading, supervising, mentoring, or developing employees, project teams, or training professionals.\nKnowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning effectiveness measurement practices.\nExperience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong leadership, coaching, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to build partnerships and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.\nExperience using learning technologies, learning management systems, and training delivery tools.\nStrong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience in healthcare, healthcare technology, revenue cycle management, clinical operations, software, SaaS, or professional services environments.\nExperience leading training teams that support product implementations, client onboarding, technology adoption, or organizational change initiatives.\nExperience managing customer-facing training and enablement programs.\nKnowledge of healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, coding, reimbursement, or operational processes.\nExperience with instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, or similar methodologies.\nExperience implementing learning strategies, competency frameworks, and workforce capability programs.\nExperience supporting large-scale transformation, change management, or enterprise learning initiatives.\nProfessional certifications in learning and development, instructional design, project management, change management, leadership, or related disciplines.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS\nPrimarily works in a standard office environment. Sit/Stand at a desk working consistently on a computer. Frequently talking, hearing, seeing, and heavy use of a keyboard and mouse.
