In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing the Salesforce Experience Cloud suite, ensuring a seamless integration with Service Cloud for robust case management, and collaborating closely with various teams to improve user experiences and platform capabilities across our organization.\nAs a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of Salesforce Experience Cloud, leveraging your expertise in both front-end web technologies and back-end Salesforce development. You will also support integrations, deploy custom solutions, and help guide the evolution of our Salesforce platform.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, configure, and maintain the Salesforce Experience Cloud suite, including integration with Service Cloud for case management.\nBuild custom solutions using Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).\nDesign and implement responsive, user-friendly experiences with Lighting Web Components (LWC) for Experience Cloud.\nCreate and maintain Partner Communities, ensuring optimal user experience and security.\nBuild and maintain audiences and login flows to improve user interactions.\nDevelop with platform security measures in mind, including TLS, SSL, LWS, and CORS.\nDevelop custom Experience Cloud features to meet specific business needs.\nManage and integrate Salesforce Knowledge with the Experience Cloud platform.\nEnsure high standards of data security and platform integrity, with expertise in SSO, integrations, user provisioning, and data sharing.\nOversee and implement Experience Cloud deployments between environments, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with platform requirements. Experience with Gearset would be ideal, but familiarity with other deployment or CI tools would be acceptable. \nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams on Salesforce Experience Cloud best practices and development techniques.\nAbout You:\n6+ years of hands-on experience developing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.\nExpert-level understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), License types, and Service Cloud\nDeep understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) combined with strong proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud development.\nProven expertise in Apex, including asynchronous Apex, governor limits, and error handling\nExperience with modern web design standards in JavaScript, including familiarity with Mozilla documentation (MDN)\nFamiliarity with audiences and login flows in Salesforce.\nExperience working with Salesforce Knowledge and its integration with Experience Cloud.\nWorking knowledge of Salesforce CMS to manage content.\nStrong understanding of platform security, including Salesforce security architecture and general security best practices\nSolid understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations for Experience Cloud.\nExperience with CI/CD deployments and handling Experience Cloud bundles between environments.\nBonus Qualifications:\nExperience working in a SaaS-based environment.\nPrevious exposure to healthcare, finance, or other regulated industries.\nFamiliarity with tools like Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar integration platforms.\nSalesforce certifications in relevant areas, including Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, and Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.\nWhy Join Us?\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on exciting, high-impact projects.\nTake your Salesforce career to the next level with new and challenging opportunities.\nCompetitive salary, benefits, and ongoing training to ensure your career grows with us.\nCompensation Range:\n$69,852-$97,094Compensation for this job is subject to market conditions, geographic considerations, the candidate’s unique skills and experience, state and local laws, and budget.
