Experience with MFC is mandatory for this role\nDevelop clean, scalable, reusable, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and secure development guidelines.\nParticipate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and sprint planning activities.\nDevelop and execute unit tests and support integration/system testing activities to ensure software quality and reliability.\nTroubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.\nContribute to code reviews, peer programming, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the team.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, implementation details, and deployment procedures.\nWork collaboratively within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver features within committed timelines and quality expectations.\nTake ownership of modules/features and drive continuous improvements in performance, scalability, and maintainability.\nContribute to Proof of Concepts (POCs), technical spikes, and innovation initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks.\nSupport CI/CD, build automation, and DevOps-related activities as part of the development lifecycle.\nIdentify opportunities for product enhancements and proactively recommend technical improvements.\nRequired Qualifications & Skills\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.\n2-4 years of professional software development experience in enterprise or product-based environments.\nStrong proficiency in C++ with experience in developing production-grade applications.\nSolid understanding of:Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)\nData Structures & Algorithms\nMultithreading and Concurrency\nMemory Management and Performance Optimization\nDesign Patterns and Software Engineering Principles\n\nExperience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.\nExperience working with source control systems such as TFS/Git.\nFamiliarity with debugging tools, profiling tools, and unit testing frameworks.\nUnderstanding of REST APIs, integration concepts, and distributed application architecture is a plus.\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.\nBenefits\nVeradigm believes in empowering our associates with the tools and flexibility to bring the best version of themselves to work.
