Solve complex design challenges that will help transform the health care industry and create world-class solutions by applying creativity, design principles, and a passion for great user experience.\nThis is a hybrid position, expectation is 2 days a week onsite\nWhat you will contribute:\nEvangelize user-centered design and user experience practices across the organization\nCraft rational, elegant, and intuitive interfaces. Ease of use to pixel perfection.\nScrutinize design patterns and ensure unification of designs across multiple platforms.\nRaise the bar and maintain a high level for design\nApply heuristic methods to evaluate and optimize design systems\nPut user needs first. Follow best practice for enhancing patient safety through UX\nImplement scalable processes and/or tools to enable functional productivity\nHave experience utilizing AI for ideation, fast and efficient prototyping and other uses to streamline UX work\nChampion a user point of view to teammates regarding flows, priority initiatives and product usage\nCollaboratively work with Engineering, Product and UX to standardize and optimize design systems and components\nIdentify and guids UX for cross-company initiatives\nIs familiar with UX Research methods and collaborates effectively with Researchers on projects\nProvide thought leadership in new ways, processes to improve efficiency, user satisfaction, or to benefit the organization\nThe ideal candidate will have:\nBachelor's Degree in Design or a related field or equivalent Technical / Business experience required\nMaster's Degree preferred\n4-7 years relevant work experience\nExperience and expertise in using Figma\nExperience working in healthcare, finance or other complex, regulated fields\nExperience using AI in their design processes\nStrong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, problem-solving, design process, and innovation.\nCompensation for this job is subject to market conditions, geographic considerations, the candidate’s unique skills and experience, state and local laws, and budget.
