The position will closely work in collaboration with other cross functional team like Sales, Service, Customer support, Supply chain and Tax.\nRoles & Responsibilities include:\nRecord and maintain accurate accounting transactions in the ERP/accounting system.\nAccount for month-end journal entries for accruals and closing adjustments.\nReconcile general ledger accounts monthly and maintain proper evidence of all reconciliations.\nPerform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.\nAssist in month-end and year-end reporting activities.\nValidate supplier invoices (3-way match) with PO and physical material\nFollow-up with customer on Accounts receivables and past dues\nPerform quarterly physical inventory counts for Audit\nManager and control Fixed assets with proper tracking mechanisms\nMaintain accurate customer and Supplier master data.\nSupport preparation and filing of Indonesian Direct and Indirect tax obligations.\nRequirements & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n3-5 years of accounting experience.\nKnowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting practices.\nExperience with ERP systems (Oracle, or similar) is preferred.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines.\nAble to work independently, proactively, and under pressure.\nExperience handling VAT (PPN) and withholding taxes (PPh 21/PPh 23).\nExperience in a multinational company environment.\nFamiliarity with Oracle R12 or Oracle Cloud is an advantage.\nUnderstanding of internal controls and audit requirements.\nAt Veralto, we value diversity and the existence of similarities and differences, both visible and not, found in our workforce, workplace and throughout the markets we serve.Our associates, customers and shareholders contribute unique and different perspectives as a result of these diverse attributes.\nUnsolicited Assistance\nWe do not accept unsolicited assistance from any headhunters or recruitment firms for any of our job openings.
