Responsibilities:\nTake part in training and implement accordingly\nConduct adequate and satisfactory on-the-job training\nKeep his superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans satisfactory hand-over between shifts\nAssist in the building of an efficient team by taking interest in their welfare, safety and development\nSupervision of the cleaning and carry out routine inspections in all rooms and pubic areas\nCoordinate & supervise activities to ensure optimum care and assistance to guests\nEstablish and maintain effective employee relations\nEnsure high level of quality services are delivered to guests at all times\nHandle and monitoring of guests complaints and the relevant follow up action required\nInform Team Members on VIPs and specific requests\nAssist his superior in ensuring a proper manning during the shift\nMonitor adequate usage of cleaning products (Quantity/Quality)\nEnsure that all mini bar are correctly replenish\nVerify requisition of supplies, control sheet\nEnsure that items are correctly input on the system\nEnsure respective TMs are operating as per Quality Management System\nEnsure respective TMs are operating as per S&H regulations and policies\nEstablish all quality procedures in collaboration with the quality manager and ensure the follow-up\nSupervise grooming, hygiene and cleanliness of uniforms within the Housekeeping Department\nEnsure that the cleaning schedule is adhered to and cleanliness of designated areas\nEnsure that all repairs are reported to maintenance department and follow up is carried out\nMonitor departmental stores and replenish as and when required\nMonitor the minibar is replenished as and when necessary\nComply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units\nNotify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society\n\nCandidate's Profile:\nHSC level or equivalent / SC level with professional training and experience\nAt least 3 years work-related experience in Housekeeping operations with at least 1 year in a similar position\nFluent in English and French, a third language would be an
