the Role \n Are you an experienced Food & Beverage professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading high-performing teams?\nVeranda Tamarin is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Outlet Manager to oversee our F&B outlet operations and ensure the highest standards of service, quality and guest satisfaction.\nThe Outlet Manager will provide leadership, supervision and motivation to the outlet team while ensuring smooth daily operations in line with hotel standards, quality requirements and business objectives.\n\nKey ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise and motivate the outlet team to deliver consistent service excellence.\nOrganise and supervise daily breakfast, lunch and dinner operations.\nEnsure smooth coordination between F&B Service, Kitchen, Housekeeping and other departments.\nEnsure the outlet is properly staffed and effectively managed during each shift.\nConduct daily briefings and debriefings and ensure effective shift handovers.\nEnsure team members receive appropriate on-the-job training and support their professional development.\nMonitor team discipline, grooming, attendance, leave and overall performance.\nSupport performance appraisals and identify training and development needs.\nMaintain strong employee relations and contribute to team welfare and engagement.\nEnsure high standards of guest care and service at all times.\nHandle guest complaints professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.\nInspect outlet set-ups, service stations and overall ambience before service.\nEnsure guest requests and special arrangements are properly followed.\nReview daily events and coordinate requirements for guest arrivals, special cocktails, fruit platters and other occasions.\nParticipate actively in food and beverage service whenever required.\nDevelop and implement innovative ideas such as special dinners, themed evenings and other guest experiences.\nMonitor the quality of food, beverages and services delivered to guests.\nSupervise room service orders and liaise closely with the Kitchen team.\nEnsure all guest checks and transactions are handled correctly.\nMonitor outlet expenses, breakages, linen and material usage.\nMaintain appropriate par stocks and approve store requisitions.\nConduct monthly inventory of materials used within the outlet and villas.\nMonitor outlet equipment in collaboration with the Stewarding team.\nAssist in managing the outlet budget efficiently and effectively.\nSubmit daily covers and sales figures to the F&B Manager / Night Auditor.\nEnsure compliance with the hotel's Quality Management System.\nEnsure compliance with Safety & Health regulations and policies.\nImplement and follow established quality procedures.\nPromote energy and resource conservation, including electricity, gas and water.\nContribute to the hotel's sustainability and environmental commitments.\nReport any matters that may impact the environment or society to the relevant department.\nKeep management informed of operational issues and matters concerning team members.\n\nCandidate ProfileQualifications\nSC / HSC or equivalent, combined with relevant professional training and experience.\nDiploma specialising in Food & Beverage from a recognised institution would be an advantage.\n\nExperience\nMinimum 6 years' experience in F&B operations.\nAt least 2 years' experience as an Outlet Supervisor in a hotel or restaurant environment.\nPrevious experience in a similar managerial/supervisory F&B role is preferred.\n\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong leadership and team-management skills.\nExcellent knowledge of Food & Beverage operations.\nStrong guest service and interpersonal skills.\nGood organisational and problem-solving abilities.\nCommercial awareness and ability to monitor costs and expenses.\nAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\nCreative mindset with the ability to introduce new F&B concepts and guest experiences.\nComputer literate, with knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera, Micros and WINHMS considered an advantage.\nFluent in English and French, both written and
