minimise wastage \nEnsure energy saving (electricity, water) \nEnsure to be proactive in maximising sales and generating revenue \nSeek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs \nHelp generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports \nHand-over informations/issues to Superior/Supervisor at the end of shift \nFollow strictly the procedure pertaining to section key \nAssist in setting the tone and help customers feel welcome \nAssist at organising and recording daily/monthly objectives review meeting \nOversee all front and back of the restaurant operations \nEnsure that all administration procedures are strictly followed \nAssist maintaining quality control for all food served \nAnalyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience\nAssist in training new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff \nOversee health code compliance and sanitation standards \nEnsure that all standards and hotel cash handling procedures are met \nInput new ideas for service and products \nEnsure that guest receive excellent service and magnifique experience \nComply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units \nNotify the Sustainable Development Department of any matters that may pose any impact to the environment and society \nCandidate's Profile:\nSC / HSC level or equivalent with professional training and experience\nDiploma with specialization in F&B from a recognized institution\nAt least 6 years work-related experience in F&B operations with at least 2 years as Outlet Supervisor in hotels or restaurants.\nComputer literale including hotel management system\nFluent in English and French both written and spoken, a third language
