Provide local on-site support for availability management and global/regional project implementation activity ensuring local infrastructure delivers to business expectations (SLA) while remaining fully aligned to Veranova IT Policies.\nCore Responsibilities:\nConfigure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot and support local, remote, and cloud-based infrastructure, including Servers, computer workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones, meeting room equipment, local area networking, WIFI, and other computer and telecommunications equipment. \nDiagnose and resolve issues associated with end user-based application software, multi-user applications (where unique to site) and operating systems.\nSupport/Maintain Azure based environments and administrative portals including, EntraID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams/Teams Phones, Exchange, and Purview.\nSupport/Maintain Enterprise based Virtual Hypervisor environments (VMware)\nSupport/Maintain Enterprise based Backup/Restore and DR environments (Veeam, Datto)\nCarry out basic systems operation duties requiring local hands and eyes support, including back-up management, supervised server restarts, LAN patching, and cabinet management. \nContribute to project teams in the improvement of current BIS services and development and delivery of new BIS services. \nTo carry out any other duties which are within the employee’s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed. \nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree (BS) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant IT experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.\nExperience of working with the following technologies: Windows Desktop Operating systems, Microsoft Azure and AD, Veeam Backup and Recovery, VMware Virtual Server environments, Microsoft EntraID, Intune, Team and Teams Phone, Exchange, SharePoint and Mobile Technology (iPhone/Android).\nWorking knowledge of desktop, laptop, server and printer computer hardware dependencies and relationships of networks, phones, mobile devices, PC’s operation systems, databases and applications used in the Veranova environment.\nHolder of a recognized IT qualification or has significant IT experience is preferred. \nExperience working in a Pharmaceutical GxP regulated environment is preferred.\nThe salary range for this role is $80,000-$95,000. This range represents a good-faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. In exceptional cases, compensation may exceed the stated range.\nAll full-time employees are eligible to participate in our annual incentive bonus program.
