With deep technical expertise and impressive flexibility, we develop solutions and processes that support and accelerate innovation.\nJoin us on our mission to enable current and next-generation therapeutics to improve and save the lives of patients.\nRole Overview:\nThe Production Technician is responsible for the safe, cost effective, and timely manufacture of product that is fit for intended use and meets customer requirements and production schedule.\nThis position is 100% on site at Devens, MA facility and will follow arotating shift 6PM-6AM schedule.\nCore Responsibilities:\nPromote a positive work environment by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that their team members have the knowledge, skills and appropriate tools to perform their assigned duties and a thorough understanding of their performance expectations.\nResponsible for safety equipment and active participation in safety program and hazard analysis. Wear appropriate PPE for task.\nResponsible for reporting all near misses, accidents, and dangerous occurrences through the appropriate Company procedures to ensure an investigation is initiated.\nComplete batch records in accordance with FDA and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) guidelines.\nEnsure a level of housekeeping appropriate for a pharmaceutical manufacturer and maintain 5S areas.\nDemonstrate technical proficiency and self-assuredness in applying cGMP standards; Provide process support and troubleshooting necessary to meet all customer requirements.\nEnsure that waste is appropriately characterized, labelled, stored, and disposed in compliance with all Company, state and federal regulations. Work collaboratively with Environmental, Health & Safety, as appropriate.\nActive member of Emergency Response Team. Participate in Emergency Response Training and related activities.\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\n1-2 years experience in regulated manufacturing facility\nAble to lift 50lbs and occasionally lift and or/move more than 100 pounds using available material handling equipment; Obtain and maintain certification as forklift operator\nMust be willing to work a rotating shift\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret English-language; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Good understanding of Microsoft Office\nAbility to exercise good judgment and make decision with guidance from senior team members or supervisor\nWhile performing the duties of this job it is required to stand, walk, and use hands to operate objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands or arms; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch when necessary for job activity.\nSalary Range:\nThe salary range for this role is$30.00-32.00/hour. This range represents a good-faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. In exceptional cases, compensation may exceed the stated range.\nAll full-time employees are eligible to participate in our annual incentive bonus program.
