With deep technical expertise and impressive flexibility, we develop solutions and processes that support and accelerate innovation.\nJoin us on our mission to enable current and next-generation therapeutics to improve and save the lives of patients.\nRole Overview:\nThe QC Analyst II will perform laboratory analysis and sampling of raw materials, intermediates, finished products, cleaning verification samples, stability samples and other miscellaneous samples following relevant SOP’s while adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure they meet the required quality standards and specifications. This role also involves basic maintenance of technical equipment, use of basic troubleshooting techniques and laboratory stock management.\nShift: 7pm-7am\nCore Responsibilities:\nDeliver experimental output with a high degree of scientific integrity, both on time and on target, with a focus on quality\nInteract with internal customers and with supervision participate in interactions with external clients\nCompose Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP documents with guidance\nTrain other staff on test methods and QC operations\nActively demonstrate strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices (cGMP and GDP), Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) and other relevant standards in all aspects of work\nManages data by following established procedures, standards and processes. Uses the concepts of ALCOA+ to maintain Data Integrity\nPerform maintenance and calibration of technical equipment with ability to perform simple troubleshooting\nCreates, maintains, analyses and/or updates QC data with minimal supervision following established methods and relevant specifications\nAlways ensures the security and safe handling of all controlled substances. Strictly adheres to all Company and DEA regulations. Ensures that waste is appropriately characterized, labelled, stored and disposed in compliance with all Company, state and federal regulations\nOther responsibilities as assigned\nQualifications:\nHS Diploma with 6+ years of experience OR BS in Chemistry, or equivalent with 2+ years related experience OR MS in Chemistry or equivalent\nExperience with common analytical techniques such as HPLC/UPLC, GC, NMR, UV-Vis, pH meter, KF, FTIR, or Refractive index is preferred\nPrevious experience with GMP preferred\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret English-language chemical periodicals, scientific journals, and regulatory documents\nSalary Range:\nThe salary range for this role is $33/hr-37/hr. This range represents a good-faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. In exceptional cases, compensation may exceed the stated range.\nAll full-time employees are eligible to participate in our annual incentive bonus program.
