Success in this role depends on exceptional written communication, team coordination, disciplined task management and precise documentation, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams with accuracy and consistency. You will work closely with attorneys and IT security professionals to ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations. \n\nThis role is well suited for individuals with project management experience. We are also open to individuals with experience in executive/administrative support who are looking to grow into a project management career within a legal consulting environment. \n\nNote: We will ask you to participate in a short skills assessment as a first step in the selection/interview process. \n\nKey Responsibilities: \nCoordinate and execute project plans within defined scope, timelines, and budgets \nMaintain accurate and up-to-date project records, tasks, and documentation \nSchedule client and internal meetings, manage calendars carefully across time zones, and ensure key meetings and deadlines are set up accurately \nAttend client and internal meetings; produce accurate, complete, and well-structured meeting minutes with clear action items, owners, and deadlines \nMonitor project progress, prioritize gating tasks, proactively flag risks or blockers, and provide timely updates and recommended next steps \nCommunicate regularly with attorneys, team members, and clients regarding status and next steps \nEnsure adherence to internal processes, standards, and best practices \nSupport workload coordination across team members \nAssist in documenting and improving business processes \n\nSkills Required: \nExceptional attention to detail and organizational ability \nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously \nProactive, solutions-oriented mindset \nTeam player \nComfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment \nProficiency with productivity and project management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, Jira, Teamwork) \n\nExperience Required: \n4+ years of experience in project coordination or project management \nExperience taking detailed meeting minutes and managing action items \nExperience in professional services, consulting, legal, or technology environments preferred \nExposure to IT, cybersecurity, or compliance-related projects is a strong plus \n\nEducation/Certifications (Preferred): \nProject management certifications (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) \nExposure to Agile methodologies
