Whether you're building on our platform, supporting our customers, or shaping our story: You can just ship things.\nAbout the Role:\nAs a Technical Business Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for companies that submit inbound leads, and you'll qualify them with personalized outreach to engineering and product leaders. You'll work closely with Account Executives to turn those conversations into pipeline in the commercial segment. In your first 6 to 12 months, you'll learn the SaaS sales cycle directly from sales and product leaders and build the foundation for a career in go-to-market. This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week in San Francisco, New York City, or Austin.\nWhat You Will Do:\nRespond to inbound leads as the first point of contact and qualify them through personalized outreach\nResearch prospects and tailor outreach to engineering and product leaders\nPartner with Account Executives to build pipeline and drive adoption in the commercial segment\nWork with GTM Engineering to improve our inbound agent project\nCollaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness\nWhat You Need:\nWorking knowledge of web development and current web technologies\nCan explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences\nCan manage your own prospect pipeline independently while working with cross-functional teams\nBonus If You Have:\nBackground in computer science, web development, or a related technical field\nHands-on experience with Vercel, Next.js, or another modern web framework\nPrior sales experience, including Salesforce, Outreach, or similar tools\nBenefits:\nCompetitive compensation and stock options\nInclusive Healthcare Package\nLearn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills\nUnlimited PTO - 4 weeks recommended per year.
