We buy GPUs, servers, networking and data center hardware faster than most procurement teams were built to handle, and you’ll make sure we secure the right hardware, at the right cost, in time for every data center build. You’ll set the processes, own key supplier relationships and be the person the rest of the business comes to for anything procurement.\n\nYour responsibilitiesLead the procurement team directly and through a Team Lead in Taiwan. Coach a young team, manage performance and help with the daily work.\n\nBuild our procurement processes: sourcing, purchase-to-pay, supplier onboarding, approvals, contracts and reporting.\n\nOwn relationships with selected OEMs, ODMs and distributors: negotiate, escalate and secure allocation in tight markets.\n\nBe the single front door for stakeholder requests from Infrastructure, Engineering, Finance and Operations. Set priorities and protect the team’s focus.\n\nPlan purchasing around data center build schedules, and manage supply risk, lead times and total cost of ownership.\n\nYour key competenciesYou’re a hands-on procurement leader who has built processes where none existed, knows how to secure supply in tight hardware markets, and enjoys developing a young team across countries.\n4+ years in global procurement or supply chain, ideally in data center hardware, servers, GPUs or another tech supply chain.\n\nExperience leading teams across countries, including through a team lead, and a real interest in developing junior people.\n\nA track record of building procurement processes where none existed.\n\nStrong vendor and stakeholder management, and the confidence to say no or “not yet”.\n\nA hands-on attitude: you’re as comfortable working a purchase order as you are presenting to leadership.\n\nFluent English.\n\nNice to haveDirect experience negotiating GPU or server allocation with OEMs or ODMs.\n\nExperience working with suppliers in Taiwan or wider APAC.\n\nExperience setting up or improving ERP or purchase-to-pay systems.\n\nExperience in a fast-scaling company or a function built from scratch.\n\nMandarin language skills.\n\nWhat's nextWe're building fast and this role needs the right person behind it.
