You are empowered to take ownership of internal digital systems, uncover operational bottlenecks, and build high-speed business processes using modern software tools and custom scripts.\n\nWe are currently looking for go-getters to join our team to help us with:\n\nProduct & Workflow Discovery: Conduct end-to-end process discovery across internal teams to map workflows, pinpoint operational bottlenecks, and gather technical requirements for digital solutions. Maintain process documentation, runbooks, and system architecture diagrams as solutions evolve.\n\nRequirements & Systems Design: Translate business needs into user stories, technical specs, and system flowcharts to guide internal software integration and workflow optimization.\n\nNo/Low-Code Architecture & Workflow Automation: Build, test, and deploy automated solutions combining low-code platforms with custom scripts, API integrations, and webhooks to eliminate manual processes and speed up operations.\n\nQuality Assurance & Testing: Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for new automations and integrations, document test cases, verify edge-case handling, and monitor post-deployment error rates to ensure production stability.\n\nSystem Operations & Backlog Management: Triage, investigate, and prioritize internal support tickets, bugs, and feature requests while ensuring projects meet delivery timelines and SLAs.\n\nImpact Tracking & Analytics: Analyze and monitor operational dashboards tracking system adoption, process efficiency (hours saved, error reduction, SLA compliance), and automation health. Produce weekly reports, proactively flag regressions, and present data-driven recommendations in team huddles.\n\nRequirements\nWho We're Looking For:\n\nOpen for November Intake with a minimum commitment of 3 months or longer.\n\nBachelor’s Degree pursuing Computer Science, Information System or any equivalent study.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify root causes, plan actionable steps, and handle ambiguity with structured reasoning.\n\nCurious and proactive in spotting process gaps and proposing practical, structured solutions.\n\nGrowth-oriented, takes initiative, and works independently with minimal supervision.\n\nInterns in Verdant Solar hold real responsibilities.
