At Verdantas, your career goes beyond the expected, and your work helps build a better world.\nReady to shape the future of resilient communities?\nWe are seeking an Environmental Project Manager to join our Environmental team in one of our Ohio offices, with flexibility for hybrid work. \nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage environmental projects from scoping through completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance. \nOversee and conduct Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs).\nDirect soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, soil vapor, and stormwater sampling.Prepare technical reports, permits, and regulatory approvals. \nServe as a key client contact and mentor junior staff. \nSupport business development and proposal efforts.\nRegulatory-facing expertise and leadership (informed by Ohio EPA supervisory experience)\nDeep experience with Ohio VAP, RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, and BUSTR frameworks\nPhase II ESA leadership, environmental sampling, and compliance-driven project work\nMentorship, staff supervision, and project/program oversight elements layered into responsibilities\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related field \n7+ years of environmental consulting experience \n2+ years of project management experience\nKnowledge of RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, Ohio VAP, and BUSTR\nStrong communication and technical writing skills \nOSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER preferred \nSalary Range:\nTheminimumsalaryforthispositionis$100,000(negotiablebasedonexperienceandqualifications).Finalofferdependsonlocation,skills,andcertifications.\nBenefits:\nFlexible Work Environment \nPaid Parental Leave \nMedical \nDental \nVision \nLife and AD&D Insurance \nShort-Term and Long-Term Disability \n401(k) with Company Match \nPaid Time Off + Holidays\nVerdantas strives to develop new ways to increase diversity awareness within our organization.
