This position offers the opportunity to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects while serving as a trusted environmental and regulatory advisor to clients developing and operating critical infrastructure.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead environmental compliance and permitting projects from scoping and proposal development through project completion.\nManage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, milestones, invoicing, and overall financial performance.\nCoordinate environmental requirements across multiple concurrent projects, facilities, or jurisdictions.\nIdentify permitting and compliance risks early and develop practical mitigation strategies.\nDevelop permitting strategies for complex industrial, commercial, data center, and infrastructure projects.\nSupport water, wastewater, stormwater, and discharge strategies for data centers and other water-intensive facilities.\nEvaluate water availability, discharge pathways, permitting constraints, and operational compliance requirements.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in environmental science, chemistry, engineering, geology, biology, natural resources, or a related discipline.\nApproximately 10 or more years of environmental consulting, regulatory compliance, permitting, or related industry experience.\nDemonstrated experience managing environmental projects, programs, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.\nBroad knowledge of multi-media environmental regulations and permitting requirements.\nExperience supporting data centers, mission-critical facilities, advanced manufacturing, industrial facilities, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure development.\nExperience developing multi-state environmental permitting or compliance strategies.\nExperience with water supply, wastewater discharge, groundwater withdrawal, or sustainable water management planning.\nSalary Range:\nThe minimum salary for this position is $130,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications). Final offer depends on location, skills, and certifications.
