ensure reliable, auditable data flows across the enterprise.\nLead CMDB/CSDM design and data integrity strategy across integrated sources.\nTeam Leadership\nLead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, admins, and consultants; set technical direction and uphold quality through design and code reviews.\nOwn delivery quality across the SDLC — estimation, sprint planning, technical standards, and release management.\nCoach team members, grow platform capability, and manage technical dependencies across cross-functional stakeholders.\nPartner with product owners, business leaders, and vendors to align the platform roadmap with organizational priorities.\nGovernance & Strategy\nChair the ServiceNow technical governance/CAB function;
