Inside Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a young, hungry BDR team selling into US, Canadian, and Middle Eastern industrial buyers: plant managers, reliability engineers, and supply chain leaders.
• Run outbound the 2026 way: intent scoring, AI-driven persona research, multi-channel sequences, LinkedIn warming, and AI agents that do the grunt work so your team can think. Our stack already includes ZoomInfo, Apollo, PhantomBuster, Exa, Fireflies, and Claude; you'll push it further.
• Own the number: qualified pipeline for the NA AE team every month.
• Design how we train: we've built an AI cold-call simulator and certification program. You'll make reps better faster than anywhere they've worked.
• Work directly with the leadership on positioning, ICP, and what's working in the market.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years in B2B SaaS, with 2+ years leading a BDR/SDR team that hit its number.
• You've sold into North America and know the difference between a Houston maintenance manager and a Toronto procurement lead.
• You've experimented with AI in outbound already, not "excited to learn, " but actually doing it.
• You coach through call reviews and data, not through fear.
• You want to build something, not inherit it.
