For a leading player in automotive electrification, we are looking for an experienced E-Drive System Engineer to strengthen the development and lifecycle support of advanced hybrid and electric driveline systems.\nIn this role, you will operate at system level, bridging multiple engineering disciplines to ensure the performance, reliability and continuous improvement of electrified powertrain solutions deployed in high-volume automotive applications.\nYour Mission\nAs an E-Drive System Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, coordinating and resolving complex technical challenges across electrified driveline systems. You will collaborate with specialists in software, electronics, mechanics and validation to guarantee product quality throughout the entire lifecycle.\nYour key responsibilities include:\nSupporting serial-life engineering and continuous improvement activities for electrified drive systems.\nLeading and coordinating root-cause investigations for field issues, warranty claims and manufacturing-related concerns.\nAnalyzing system behavior using vehicle and test bench data, including:CAN and LIN communication traces\nElectric motor and inverter performance\nTorque, speed, current and efficiency measurements\nControl strategy and calibration behavior\n\nCoordinating technical investigations across multidisciplinary teams, including:Mechanical Engineering\nElectric Machine Engineering\nPower Electronics\nEmbedded Software & Calibration\nFunctional Safety\nValidation & Testing\nSimulation & Modelling\n\nSupporting requirement management, traceability and compliance activities.\nDriving structured problem-solving initiatives using methodologies such as 8D, FMEA and Six Sigma.\nEnsuring alignment between product requirements, system performance and operational constraints.\nYour Expertise\nYou are a system thinker with a strong technical foundation in electrified powertrain technologies and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges.\nRequired Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or equivalent.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in automotive, electrification or advanced mechatronic systems.\nProven experience in system engineering within complex multidisciplinary environments.\nStrong understanding of:Electric propulsion systems\nPower electronics\nEmbedded control systems\nSystem integration and validation\n\nExperience with technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.\nStrong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex measurement data.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nFluent in English.\nTechnical Skills\nExperience with the following tools and methodologies is considered a strong asset:\nPolarion, DOORS or comparable requirements management tools.\nVector CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape or similar diagnostic environments.\nMATLAB/Simulink and data analysis platforms.\nFMEA, 8D, Six Sigma and
