Ensure accuracy of foiled material coming from offset presses while maintaining cleanliness of the work area. Must be able to perform daily weekly & monthly maintenance. This person will also assist with other bindery operations such as\ncutting and collating as needed.\nKEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES\nReads and understands schedules, job tickets, and multi-part specifications.\nPerforms make ready by setting up foil, heat settings, and appropriate product dies.\nInspects foiled sheets. Cleans dies. Moves 60-pound boxes to pallets. Adjusts heat and pressure as necessary. Sets register. Runs paper through machine.\nMaintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on equipment.\nOrganization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace.\nInventories foil and supplies. Loads and offload foil press.\nOperates cutter.
