This role is central to ensuring our service partners deliver outstanding outcomes for VERIDAPT’s Australian customers, supporting our industrial IoT hardware and fuel management solutions.\nAbout the Role\nYou’ll provide technical expertise, training and support across multiple disciplines as our partners deliver services to customers across Australia.\nWorking closely with Solution Engineers and BDMs, you’ll help upskill our service partners, act as their primary technical point of contact, and take ownership of their technical performance through ongoing feedback, troubleshooting support and targeted training.\nYou’ll play a key role in maintaining high technical standards across project delivery and ongoing customer support, while helping partners confidently install, commission and support VERIDAPT solutions in the field.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nYou’ll work across service partner support, project delivery, customer success and sales support, including:\nProviding onsite and remote technical training and support to VERIDAPT service partners.\n\nSupporting and overseeing onsite work and maintaining regular communication with partners during project delivery.\n\nConducting site and vehicle audits where required.\n\nAssisting partners with technical training material, troubleshooting guides and installation support.\n\nProviding remote technical assistance during installation and commissioning.\n\nTroubleshooting technical issues for service partners and customers.\n\nWorking with our Customer Success team to provide Tier 2 engineering and technical support for site issues.\n\nMaintaining strong product knowledge and providing feedback internally based on customer and partner experience.\n\nConducting site audits and gathering technical information to assist the Sales team with project scoping and quotations.\n\nIdentifying opportunities to improve outcomes for existing customers.\n\nEnsuring safe systems of work and VERIDAPT WHS&E requirements are followed.\n\nAbout you\nWe’re looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with the ability to communicate clearly and build trusted relationships with customers and service partners.\nYou’ll ideally bring:\nA degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.\n\nAt least 2 years’ experience in electrical service within an industrial environment.\n\nExperience with instrumentation and control systems.\n\nStrong networking and communications knowledge.\n\nStrong investigation and troubleshooting capability across both hardware and software systems.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nConfidence training and supporting people with different levels of technical experience.\n\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nA valid driver’s license.\n\nFlexibility to work across a mix of office, site and home environments.\n\nThe kind of person who’ll thrive at VERIDAPT\nYou’re proactive, collaborative and comfortable taking ownership of technical problems through to resolution.
