strong background in capital markets transformation, regulatory change management, and senior stakeholder engagement.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nProgram Execution & Delivery: Drive end-to-end transformation and change management initiatives focusing on Capital Markets regulatory, audit, risk, and control mandates.\nStakeholder Management: Build collaborative relationships across global front-to-back stakeholders, including Trading Desks, Front Office, Risk Management, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams.\nRequirements & Dependency Mapping: Partner with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them effectively for technology implementation; proactively manage internal/external dependencies across workstreams.\nRisk & Issue Resolution: Identify execution challenges early, driving proactive solutions or escalating risks/issues in a clear, actionable manner to steering committees and senior leadership.\nTarget State & Governance: Provide thought leadership in target-state design and produce accurate, insightful governance artifacts and performance metrics tailored for executive forums.\nKey Qualifications\nRequired:\nIMA Experience: Proven track record of delivering specific IMA components(e.g., Expected Shortfall [ES], Non-Modelable Risk Factors [NMRF], Risk Factor Eligibility Test [RFET], PLAT, etc.).\nMarket Risk Expertise: Deep background in Market Risk, familiar with Historical VaR (HVaR) model management, derivatives trading, and risk/P&L flows.\nRegulatory Knowledge: Hands-on experience with FRTB (Fundamental Review of the Trading Book) or other major front-office regulatory transformations.\nIndustry Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience within Capital Markets.\nLeadership & Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the authority and clout to interface directly with senior executive leaders.\nPreferred:\nProject Management certification (PMP or equivalent).\nHands-on
