The successful candidate will design, develop, integrate, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, translating business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable applications.\nWhat you will do:-\nLead the technical design of Dynamics CRMsolutions, including application architecture, data models, integrations, security, and deployment approaches.\nAssess business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis to determine the appropriate use of standard functionality, configuration, and custom development.\nEvaluate existing CRM applications and recommend improvements to performance, maintainability, scalability, and reliability.\nPrepare solution designs, architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation estimates.\nConfigure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including tables/entities, relationships, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and business process flows.\nDevelop custom plug-ins, workflow extensions, client-side scripts, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and supported Microsoft APIs.\nBuild and enhance model-driven Power Apps and Power Automate flowsto support business process automation.\nImplement CRM functionality for customer and stakeholder records, application or case tracking, approvals, task management, and notifications.\nDevelop maintainable solutions using supported extension methods and appropriate platform capabilities.\nDesign and implement integrations between Dynamics CRM and enterprise applications using REST APIs, Dataverse Web API, and relevant Azure integration services.\nSupport data migration, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and data quality improvements.\nManage solution packaging, version control, environment configuration, and deployments across development, testing, and production.\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management using Azure DevOps or equivalent tools.\nPerform unit testing, support integration testing and user acceptance testing, and resolve defects.\nTroubleshoot application, integration, and performance issues, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.\nWhat do you need to succeed:-\n10 years of software development experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience.\nDemonstrated experience serving as a technical lead or solution architect while remaining actively involved in development.\nStrong expertise in Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, extensibility, and enterprise implementation.\nProficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dynamics SDK, Dataverse Web API, and FetchXML.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, model-driven Power Apps, and Power Automate.\nExperience designing enterprise integrations and working with relevant Azure services, such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Service Bus.\nStrong understanding of CRM data modeling, security, performance optimization, and solution management.\nExperience with source control, automated deployments, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps or comparable tools.\nProven ability to translate business needs into technical designs and deliver solutions through the full development lifecycle.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.\nAbility to attend the client’s Toronto office 3 days per week.\nWe offer a competitive rate/hour, a collaborative and dynamic work environment, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects.
