This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technology with business, thrives in a collaborative environment, and understands that Solutions Engineering is a revenue-driving function rather than traditional technical support.\nYou'll help us protect honest people online by:\nPartnering closely with Account Executives to drive technical sales engagements, accelerate opportunities, and contribute to new business revenue across Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.\nLeading technical discovery sessions in Spanish, Portuguese, and English to understand customer challenges, technical requirements, and business objectives.\nDelivering compelling product demonstrations tailored to different customer audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nManaging technical evaluations and proof-of-concept engagements to validate solutions and drive opportunities toward successful technical outcomes.\nProactively identifying and resolving technical objections and deal blockers that could impact sales cycles.\nTranslating complex technical capabilities into clear business value and communicating effectively with customers across different levels of technical expertise.\nActing as a trusted technical partner throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery through technical validation and handover.\nCollaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to share customer insights and identify opportunities for product or process improvement.\nContributing to reusable demonstrations, technical sales materials, and initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales process.\nYou are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:\n2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, technical pre-sales, or a similar customer-facing technical role.\nProfessional fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, both written and spoken - this is a must-have requirement.\nProfessional fluency in English, both written and spoken.\nA strong commercial mindset and an understanding of how technical expertise contributes to revenue generation and winning business.\nSolid technical knowledge of REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks, JSON, and modern integration architectures.\nHands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman.\nExperience conducting technical discovery, delivering product demonstrations, and supporting proof-of-concept engagements.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.\nThe ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and adapt your communication style to different audiences and levels of technical knowledge.\nA proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership of opportunities, prioritize effectively, and work independently.\nA collaborative, team-first approach and the ability to build strong relationships with Account Executives and cross-functional teams.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.\nWillingness and ability to work across different European markets and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.\nYou're an especially awesome match if you have:\nPrevious experience in identity verification, KYC/AML, fraud prevention, fintech, payments, or SaaS.\nExperience supporting customers or sales teams across Spain, Portugal, Latin America, or other Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.\nFamiliarity with European regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, eIDAS, or financial services compliance requirements.\nExperience supporting enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, or competitive technical evaluations.\nProgramming experience with JavaScript, Python, or mobile development frameworks.\nFamiliarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or experience using Salesforce.\nExperience working in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.\nWhy Veriff?\nWe are the preferred identity verification platform partner for the world’s most innovative growth-driven organizations helping conveniently verify and safeguard users anywhere in the world.
