You’ll build relationships, run discovery calls, manage your pipeline and use CRM, AI and sales technology to work smarter and improve conversion.\nAbout the role:\nGenerate new business through inbound enquiries, outbound prospecting and targeted campaigns.\n\nBuild strong prospect relationships, understanding their needs and showcasing the right Verifile solutions.\n\nLead impactful discovery calls, asking the right questions to uncover opportunities and qualify prospects.\n\nOwn and manage the pipeline, keeping opportunities organised and progressing through the sales journey.\n\nEmbrace AI and new technology to work smarter, improve conversion and deliver a great customer experience.\n\nCollaborate across the sales team, sharing insight and ensuring well-qualified opportunities are handed over smoothly.\n\nThe must haves:\nSales experience in business development, telesales or another customer-facing role within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.\n\nSales experience in HR, People Services, technology, SaaS, compliance or regulated services\n\nPassion for sales and building relationships, with confidence communicating by phone, video and email.\n\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to ask great questions and listen to customer needs.\n\nComfortable using CRM systems to manage and track sales opportunities.\n\nOrganised and proactive, able to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining attention to detail.\n\nMotivated and determined, with the energy to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.\n\nThe nice to haves:\nExperience with outbound sales, including prospecting and targeted campaigns.\n\nExperience using sales and prospecting tools alongside a CRM.\n\nAn interest in AI and new technology and how it can improve the sales process.\n\nAmbition to develop a career in sales, with an interest in progressing into a Business Development Manager role.\n\nA qualification or ongoing study in sales, marketing or business is a plus.\n\nWe’d also love you to:\nEnsure that the company values are reflected in your own work and behaviour:\nPut People First , Own It , Be Curious, Succeed Together , Delight Your Customer\nWhat’s in it for you:\nEvery member of our team at Verifile is valued, which is why we support their wellbeing fully with a range of benefits to help them thrive both inside and outside of work.
