It is this passion for innovation that drives each one of our employees for personal and professional success.\nWhat's Exciting About the Role\nThe Field Operations Associate is an integral role that provides technical expertise and support for secure key management, including server maintenance and monthly backup processes. This person will load software onto payment devices in our deployment facility to support operational deadlines. The Field Operations Associate will also address technical inquiries while collaborating with internal teams and customers to ensure successful product implementation and satisfaction.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nMaintain technical knowledge regarding existing and new product deployment functionality.\nRespond to inquiries relative to the technical aspects of the solution.\nValidate requirements and business needs collected by technical sales analysts and engineers.\nMaintain servers in the secure room and perform monthly backups.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field OR at least 2 years of experience in a technical services environment.\nExperience using Microsoft Office tools.\nExperience with server maintenance and backup procedures.\nFamiliarity with secure key management practices and compliance standards.\nUnderstanding of software loading processes for payment devices.\nPreferred Skills and Abilities\nStrong verbal and communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate with customers, sales, and technical resource personnel in a professional manner.\nAble to analyze and resolve moderately complex technical problems.\nExperience working in a multi-functional environment.\nUnderstanding of customer environment, payment industry, and Verifone products and solutions\nAbility to work autonomously with little supervision. \nOur Commitment\nVerifone is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
