The project is focused on leading an improvement initiative, ahead of a Nadcap Composites audit within approximately 90 days. The facility converts honeycomb materials into engineered core parts used in aerospace applications, including aircraft structures.\nCandidates must have strong Nadcap Composites experience, ideally within honeycomb core processing, and a proven track record of managing corrective actions and audit preparation.\nSkills / Qualifications Required\nNadcap Composites (AC7118)\n\nAerospace composites / honeycomb core processing experience\n\nAS9100\n\nCorrective action management and root cause analysis\n\nProject management and audit preparation\n\nEnglish and French fluency preferred\n\nThe support will include:\nLead and coordinate all activities required to prepare the site for a successful Nadcap re-audit within 90 days.\n\nReview existing audit findings and corrective action plans.\n\nManage and oversee implementation of corrective actions with the site team.\n\nEnsure corrective actions are effective, sustainable and supported by appropriate evidence.\n\nIdentify and address gaps against applicable Nadcap Composites requirements.\n\nReview manufacturing procedures, process controls and quality documentation.\n\nCoordinate activities across Quality, Engineering, Production and site leadership.\n\nConduct gap assessments, internal audits and audit readiness reviews.\n\nSupport shop floor teams in demonstrating compliance with Nadcap requirements.\n\nPrepare site personnel and documentation for the re-audit.\n\nTrack project milestones, risks and outstanding actions, ensuring timely closure.\n\nAct as the technical focal point for Nadcap Composites matters throughout the project.\n\nProvide on-site support during the re-audit.\n\nCommunicate progress and escalate critical issues to site leadership.\n\nProduce a weekly report on progress.\n\nFor candidates outside of Morocco, flights and the begnning and end of the project, as well as accomodation and meals will be fully
