related to supplier performance.\n\nLead structured problem-solving activities, such as 8D and RCCA, with cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nIdentify root causes and implement effective, long-term corrective actions.\n\nFollow up on corrective actions to ensure they are completed and effective.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional activities to restore and maintain operational stability.\n\nOrganize and support other Quality Assurance (QA) activities, including projects, monthly reports, and other reporting requirements.\n\nJob requirements:\n5+ years of experience in a technical field, such as technology, technical documentation, technical writing, website development, or Microsoft Office.\n\nStrong experience with data collection, analysis, and program tracking.\n\nStrong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting.\n\nStrong experience organizing and delivering training, with excellent presentation and communication skills.\n\nStrong experience writing policies and procedures, including coordinating related projects.\n\nStrong experience with benchmarking and documentation mapping.\n\nStrong knowledge and experience with regulatory Quality Systems, including TCCA and FAA requirements, as well as Quality Assurance methods, processes, and techniques.\n\nSix Sigma Black Belt certification is
